TAMALES
Steaming is preferred heating method:
  • Remove from package and place in steamer.  (Do not remove corn husk)
  • Steam approximately 15-30 minutes or until heated through. 
  • Remove inedible corn husk.
  • Caution: Tamale will be Hot

Microwave method:
  • Remove from package. (Do not remove corn husk)
  • Wrap completely in paper towel.
  • Place wrapped tamale under running water to soak towel.
  • Place in microwave safe dish.
  • Microwave on High approximately 2-3 minutes per tamale or until heated through.
  • Remove inedible corn husk.
  • Caution: Tamale will be Hot.
CHILE RELLENO & SAUCE
Stove Top is preferred heating method:
  • Remove from package.
  • Pour Chile Relleno sauce in sauce pan over medium heat until hot. (optional with sauce)
  • Add Chile Relleno to sauce pan, reduce heat and simmer about 3 - 4 minutes per side until heated through. 
  • Plate and pour remaining sauce over Relleno.
  • Caution: Relleno will be Hot.

Microwave method:
  • Remove from package.
  • Place Chile Relleno in microwave safe dish.
  • Pour sauce over Relleno (optional with sauce)
  • Microwave on High approximately 1 minute 30 seconds per Relleno or until heated through.
  • Caution: Relleno will be Hot.
