TAMALES
Steaming is preferred heating method:
- Remove from package and place in steamer. (Do not remove corn husk)
- Steam approximately 15-30 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove inedible corn husk.
- Caution: Tamale will be Hot
Microwave method:
- Remove from package. (Do not remove corn husk)
- Wrap completely in paper towel.
- Place wrapped tamale under running water to soak towel.
- Place in microwave safe dish.
- Microwave on High approximately 2-3 minutes per tamale or until heated through.
- Remove inedible corn husk.
- Caution: Tamale will be Hot.

CHILE RELLENO & SAUCE
Stove Top is preferred heating method:
- Pour Chile Relleno sauce in sauce pan over medium heat until hot. (optional with sauce)
- Add Chile Relleno to sauce pan, reduce heat and simmer about 3 - 4 minutes per side until heated through.
- Plate and pour remaining sauce over Relleno.
- Caution: Relleno will be Hot.
Microwave method:
- Place Chile Relleno in microwave safe dish.
- Pour sauce over Relleno (optional with sauce)
- Microwave on High approximately 1 minute 30 seconds per Relleno or until heated through.
- Caution: Relleno will be Hot.
